Instructions

  1. Cut the lime half into 4 pieces. Squeeze the juice of the lime into the prosecco. Then also add the pieces to the Prosecco. Add mint, ice cubes and elderflower syrup as you like (e.g. I prefer it a little sweeter).
  2. This drink is currently the summer alternative to Prosecco Aperol here in South Tyrol.
