Instructions

  1. Roughly dice the garlic. Finely puree the chickpeas and garlic with yoghurt and tahini, season with salt and lemon juice. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water.
  2. Spread the hummus on a plate. Make a furrow with the spoon and pour olive oil into it. Decorate in a cross shape with paprika powder.
