Heat 3 tablespoons of oil each in a pan and in a saucepan.
Peel the onion and cut into strips.
Sear the meat in the pan and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile let the onion strips in the pot turn translucent over medium heat. Just before the onions are translucent, add half of the garlic cloves and sauté. Add the remaining cloves of garlic to the meat when it is fried. When the onions are translucent, add the letscho to the onions and bring to the boil briefly. Then add the Letscho and onion mix to the meat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with rice or French fries.
TIP:
Personally, I always buy meat (minute steaks, chops, schnitzel, etc.) that is on offer and cut it into strips.
