Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in the oil, add the onions, season. Fry the potatoes briefly, deglaze everything with the meat stock and cook for 20 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, corn and tomato paste and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and serve sprinkled with parsley.
  3. Side dish: fresh white bread.
