Instructions

  1. Eight the lime and pour into a 0.5 l glass with the cane sugar and peppermint leaves. Squeeze out well with a wooden pestle and squeeze. Add the chopped orange and squeeze out lightly with the pestle. Add ice and top up with soda. Season with cane sugar.
