Instructions

  1. Clean the inside of the pumpkin, peel and roughly slice or cut into chips-like pieces. Peel and slice the onions. Sauté the onions in olive oil, add the pumpkin meat and heat with it. Pour in a little water and simmer until the pumpkin is firm to the bite, but not soft. Pour in the cream and season with salt and vinegar.
  2. There are also boiled potato dumplings and who likes roast pork.
