Instructions

1. Turn the slices of hunting sausage in flour, beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Press firmly and fry in hot fat or oil until brown and crispy.
2. Potato salad goes well with it.
3. Variation: If there is no hunting sausage, you can also use boiled ham or another meat sausage.
