Dice the peppers and cut the spring onions into rings. Sear the minced meat in a large saucepan and season with salt and pepper. Add peppers and spring onions and sauté briefly. Stir in tomatoes and steak sauce and simmer for approx. 10 minutes at medium temperature. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sheep cheese before serving.
It goes particularly well with rice or green pasta.
