Instructions

  1. Wash the Iberico steaks and pat dry.
  2. Wash rosemary and spin dry, pluck needles and finely chop.
  3. Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and rosemary into a marinade and soak the steaks in it for at least an hour.
  4. Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sear the steaks with the marinade in it for about 2 minutes on each side, then just let it simmer a little.
  5. Arrange on plates, garnish with a little rosemary and serve hot.
