Instructions

  1. Unpack the vanilla ice cream and put it in the refrigerator when it is still very hard. Or move from the freezer to the ice cube compartment in good time.
  2. Bring 125 ml milk to the boil. Crumble in the chocolate, dissolve. Add the rest of the milk and the coffee, cool briefly. Whip the cream until stiff, sweeten with vanilla sugar.
  3. Have cold glasses ready. Cut the ice cream into cubes, divide into the glasses, fill with chocolate and cover with cream.
