Instructions

  1. Peel and core the mango and papaya. Peel the pineapple and remove the hard stalk. Cut the pulp of all fruits into 1-2 cm pieces, place in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour 150 g portions into freezer bags and freeze.
  3. When you feel like a nice cold, refreshing drink, you take a portion from the freezer and put it frozen in the blender with 100-300 ml of orange juice. Mix until the fruit has turned into a puree. Then pour into a glass and enjoy ice-cold.
  4. Tip: You are welcome to add 2-4 cl vodka for a party.
