Instructions

  1. These burgers make the hearts of all those with a sweet tooth beat faster. Try it out and don`t forget to post a picture of it on Instagram or Pinterest.
  2. Ice:
  3. In a large container, whip the whipped cream and vanilla sugar until stiff.
  4. Now carefully fold in the crème fraîche with a spoon. To make the ice cream a little more interesting, you can mix in rum and chopped walnuts.
  5. When everything is well mixed, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, place the lid on it and put it in the freezer compartment. To make it extra creamy, stir again after 1.5 hours. Overall, the ice should freeze in the refrigerator for at least 2.5 hours. The best thing to do is just do it in the evening, then it`s nice and tight in the morning.
  6. Cookies:
  7. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Beat in the eggs and pour in the butter. Mix everything well. Now chop the chocolate bars and stir into the batter.
  8. Place piles of about three cm in size from the dough on a baking sheet with baking paper. Make sure you leave enough space between the piles of dough. Now bake the cookies at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes until light brown. Caution: Do not let the cookies get too dark as they harden when they cool down.
  9. When the biscuits have cooled down and the ice cream is frozen, simply take two biscuits, add the ice cream in between and enjoy.
