Put the ice cubes in a stainless steel shaker. Pour the cold milk and hot espresso on top. Sweeten with sugar or sweetener as required. Shake vigorously until the ice has dissolved. Pour into a latte macchiato glass and serve with a straw.
The ice cubes and vigorous shaking create a delicious foam - just like with cappuccino.
