Mix together the yogurt, sour cream, honey, sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Place the mixture in the freezer, let it freeze, stirring occasionally.
Pull the berries into the frozen mass. Line 4 wells of a muffin tin with paper liners. Slightly heat the nut nougat cream (heating is sufficient) and fill each of the molds with something. Pour in the ice cream, put some nougat cream on top. Freeze in the freezer.
