Chop the meringues finely, but not too finely. I always use a freezer bag and knock it down with the meat mallet. The nuts are finely ground. I`ll buy the chocolate shavings ready. Put everything in a bowl. Whip the 2 cups of cream until stiff and fold into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into the hollows of a muffin tin (12 portions) and place in the freezer for about 4 hours (if necessary, cover the mold with cling film beforehand, you can easily remove the tartlets one by one).
The recipe is also wonderfully suitable as a dessert, as it can be made days in advance.
