Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce and pluck it into small pieces.
  2. Fillet the orange, peel the apple and cut into slices.
  3. Arrange lettuce, orange and apple nicely on a plate.
  4. Mix the creme fraiche, yoghurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar into a dressing, season to taste and pour over the salad.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
