• 10 large potato (s)
• 1 head iceberg lettuce
• 2 packs lettuce herbs (lettuce topping with paprika and herbs)
• 6 tablespoon water
• 6 tablespoon oil
• Milk, 3.5% fat or more
• butter
• nutmeg

Instructions

1. Peel and dice the potatoes and boil them in salted water.
2. Mix the topping of the salad with water and oil in a bowl as described in the instructions.
3. Cut the iceberg lettuce into very fine strips, wash briefly and spin in a sieve. Then mix with the dressing and let it steep.
4. When the potatoes are ready, drain them and put them back in the pot. Put it on the stove again briefly and let it evaporate. Then process into mashed potatoes with nutmeg, butter and a little milk.
5. Add as much of the salad as you want with a pair of tongs and mix. The rest of the salad can be put on the plate like this.
6. I recommend bratwurst, fake chops or just fried eggs.
7. The dish is cheap and delicious, even in summer.
