Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips and wash well. Peel, wash and chop the cucumber, carrot, onion and bell pepper if necessary. Finally add the chopped butter cheese (over 50% fat, as it is neutral in the food combining) and sprinkle the lettuce on top.
Mix the salad dressing made from vinegar, oil, herbs, herbal salt and natural yoghurt until creamy and pour over the salad.
