Instructions

  1. Wash the iceberg lettuce, pluck it and drain well. Quarter the carrot and cut into thin slices, dice the red onion very finely and finely chop the parsley.
  2. Mix everything in a small bowl with the vinegar, oil and mustard. The amount of vinegar can of course be adjusted to personal taste. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the finished dressing over the iceberg lettuce and mix in.
