Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces. Then wash, spin dry and place in a bowl.
For the dressing, put the cream in a shaker. Add the mayonnaise. Peel the garlic and press in with a garlic press. Then add Maggi until it just starts to taste easily. Add salt and pepper. Close the shaker and shake well. If necessary, season again with salt and pepper. Let it sit for about 1 hour (or longer). Pour the dressing over the iceberg lettuce just before serving.
