Instructions

  1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces, wash well and spin dry. Mix the sour cream with the sugar and lemon juice and season with sugar, lemon juice and (if you like it more lemony) lemon zest. The sauce shouldn`t be too runny.
  2. Pour the sauce over the iceberg lettuce and mix well. Drain the mandarins well and fold in. Serve immediately.
