Ingredients

• 100 g cream
• 4 scoops ice cream (vanilla)
• 150 ml milk, cold
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 2 cup / s coffee, stronger hot (espresso, small cups!)
• Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

1. Whip the cream until stiff. Divide the vanilla ice cream between 2 glasses. Sugar the milk to taste and pour onto the vanilla ice cream. Pour the espresso over a spoon. Spread the cream on both glasses and sieve some cocoa powder on top.
