• 100 g cream
• 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
• 4 scoops / ice cream (vanilla flavor)
• 300 ml coffee, cooked, well chilled

Instructions

1. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.
2. Put two scoops of vanilla ice cream in 2 glasses. Pour the coffee over the ice. Spread the whipped cream on the coffee.
3. Tip: if desired, decorate with chocolate chips or flavor with syrup or liqueur to taste.
