Instructions

  1. First, boil a liter of black tea and let it cool down. Pour the cold tea into ice cube bags and freeze. Goes well the day before. Also the day before, put the rock candy and the lemon wedges together with the rum in a punch bowl.
  2. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling wine and add the tea ice cubes.
  3. This punch is wonderfully fresh and cool - but not to be underestimated.
