Instructions

  1. My recipes are ww-suitable and can be expanded with sour cream and meat or cheese according to your own taste.
  2. Cut the leek until it is darker green and cut into finer rings. Wash and blanch the carrot cut into fine strips in salted water for approx. 2 - 3 minutes.
  3. Drain over a sieve and let cool down a little.
  4. In the meantime, peel the sweet pear and cut it into small cubes. Pour some lemon juice over the pear.
  5. Make a kind of cream from the above ingredients and mix everything together!
  6. Fold in the ham or meat or cheese just before serving or add as a side dish.
  7. Fresh garden herbs refine the salad
  8. Let it sit well chilled and then enjoy.
  9. WW calculate the pure salad 1.5 P with ham and cheese according to the fat levels and weight!
  10. Lean ham, cooked 50g = 1 P.
