The light salad dressing is intended for a low-fat diet!
Beat the natural yoghurt (1P) with mustard, clove of garlic, honey, salt and white pepper until airy. Chop the egg (2P), pickles, half an apple and ham (1P) and stir in. Fresh herbs and a little grated and squeezed green cucumber with peel refine the taste! Mix with oil or salad cream (2P) and season to taste.
The sauce has a total of 6 points for four people.
For a potato salad made from approx. 500 g potatoes and some cucumber broth, add 2 P.
