• 2 tablespoon tomato paste, if possible sun-ripened (tube)
• 1 teaspoon, mustard, medium hot (or less)
• 2 tablespoons water or apple juice, boiling
• 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled vegetable stock, grained
• 1 pinch (s) pepper, freshly ground
• 1 pinch (s) chili powder
• 1 pinch (s) curry powder
• little salt
• sweetener or honey
• 1 teaspoon jam, fruity (optional apple sauce)
• 5 drops oil
• 1 piece (s) apple, grated, if necessary

Instructions

1. Beat all the ingredients nicely with a fork or a small whisk and the ketchup is ready for the meal. A few drops of oil in it round off the matter.
2. It`s always tastier to me than the ketchup from the glass. Leftovers, if there are any, can be kept in the refrigerator for 8 days.
3. Suitable as an instant portion for french fries or other dishes.
