- My recipes are rather low in fat, if necessary the oil and topping can be added!
- 2-3 large raw potatoes, squeeze lightly in a colander so that the liquid drains off, and grate an onion, add 1 egg and salt.
- Fry a large, thin rösti on both sides in a coated pan with a teaspoon of oil.
- Can also be made with the finished dumpling mixture! Then add an egg and a little milk!
- Spread thinly with hot chilli, some gari powder, 1 onion cut into very fine rings, 2 tomatoes, also thinly sliced, spread on top.
- Spread the creamed spinach on top in the pillow form as required.
- Spread 1/2 mozzarella (not a whole mozzarella) in thin slices and sprinkle with frozen Italian herbs!
- Provencal herbs from the mill on top and a little tomato and mozzarella spice and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
- Put the mozzarella in the freezer for a moment, then it is easier to cut into thin slices.
- Do not cover too much, rather sparingly, as is usual with a pizza.
- Unfortunately, the dough doesn`t stay quite as crispy unless you have a pizza tray.
- But still a delicious treat!
- It`s worth a try, especially since it can be prepared very quickly.
- 1 pizza = 7.5 P with WW = pan or pan size 24 mm in diameter!
