Instructions

  1. The recipe brings children to the vegetables!

  3. It`s a quick fix for working women and mothers.
  4. Absolutely necessary is a wide pan so that the kohlrabi strips cut like ribbon noodles do not cook differently in the butter.
  5. They should already be evenly -al dente- so do not cook large quantities at once.
  6. The cooking time is between 7 and 8 minutes on medium heat, but you should check this according to your own taste.
