Instructions

  1. Cut the sage leaves into fine strips and fry them in the oil for about 1 minute.
  2. Put the sage leaves over the drained beans with pepper, salt and chilli.
  3. In the same pan, sear the onion rings with the finely chopped Knofi!
  4. If necessary, add some mineral water during WW, otherwise some oil and deglaze with the balsamic vinegar.
  5. Add everything to the bean mixture and let it steep a little with the added tomato pieces!
  6. It is worth adding 1 teaspoon of oil to the salad, but that`s a matter of taste!
