- Cut the sage leaves into fine strips and fry them in the oil for about 1 minute.
- Put the sage leaves over the drained beans with pepper, salt and chilli.
- In the same pan, sear the onion rings with the finely chopped Knofi!

- It is worth adding 1 teaspoon of oil to the salad, but that`s a matter of taste!
