- Clean the cauliflower and cut into florets and simmer in salted water for about 8 minutes. Rinse with cold water to interrupt the cooking process.
- Core the paprika and cut into fine strips. Peel the onion and cut in half lengthways. Cut again lengthways into strips on the halved surface.
- Dice the garlic and fry with the paprika in 2 teaspoons of oil. Add the spices and deglaze with vegetable stock.
- Add the ham cut into strips and simmer again briefly. Fold in the cream and add the cauliflower.
- Taste well, hot eaters can add the above-mentioned spices, but it doesn`t have to be, then the cauliflower taste will be lost.
- Add parsley or parsley pesto and serve with small jacket spoons!
