Instructions

  1. My recipes are mainly for a low-fat diet after WW!
  2. Fat, cheese and meat can be increased as required, according to your own taste!
  3. Dice onion and garlic cloves and fry in oil until translucent
  4. (If you like, you can add vegetables of your choice to the sauce. Do not add them to the mince !!!!).
  5. Mix the mince with the crumbled sheep cheese and rice that has not been too soft, add the onion knofi mass and season with all the spices to taste.
  6. Add 1 egg, mix and tie with a grated bread roll when it is firm.
  7. It should all be tasty because the spices go into the sauce!
  8. Be sure to add a few fresh herbs to the mince.
  9. Fill the peppers with it and place in a narrow saucepan. With tomato juice, which should be seasoned with garlic and chilli and pepper and grained vegetable stock, fill up to the lid of the peppers and let the peppers simmer gently for 45 minutes!
  10. Thicken with starch or puree the vegetables. Finished!
  11. This goes well with rice, pasta, potatoes and the rest of the sauce can be spooned with rice as a soup, if not spooned beforehand.
  12. With small round peppers you can serve this as a soup with peppers and basil.
  13. 1 portion / pepper 5.3 P = 16 P in total!
