Instructions

  1. Put the emperor vegetables in boiling, lightly salted water and cook for about 7-8 minutes until al dente. In the meantime, peel and halve the onions and cut rings. Remove the skin from the smoked turkey breast and cut into small cubes. Sweat the onions in a pan with the oil. When they are translucent, add the turkey breast.
  2. Drain the emperor vegetables and place in a baking dish. Put the onions and turkey breast on top and mix a little. Then pour the hollandaise sauce over it, also the cheese. Put the casserole in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes (until the cheese is golden yellow).
  3. We like to eat croquettes with it, so we can enjoy the casserole for two days, which can also be reheated in the oven.
