Mix the honey with the yeast, then it becomes liquid! Put the flour with the salt and the grain mixture in a mixing bowl, add the yeast-honey mixture, as well as the water and the fruit vinegar, knead everything vigorously with the mixer or the food processor! Attention! the dough is not really tough, it is more of a soft matter, so don`t worry, belong that way!
Pour the dough into two greased loaf tins, put them in the cold oven and bake at 180-200 degrees for about 1 hour!
After 10 minutes of baking, make a longitudinal cut in each bread and brush the surface with water!
