Finely grate the carrots. Immediately afterwards add the lemon juice to the carrots and stir. Peel the garlic, ginger and red onion and chop very finely. Chop the chives and parsley into small pieces.
Put everything together with the cream cheese, paprika and pepper in the bowl with the carrots and stir well. Season to taste with sea salt and a little lemon zest.
Slice the white bread at a slight angle into approx. 2 cm thick slices and serve with the spread.
