Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and pumpkin, remove the seeds and dice. Core and dice the apricots. Finely chop the onions, the pitted chilli pepper and the garlic.
  2. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. When it is thick enough, pour hot into jars with twist-off lids and close immediately.
