Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken in about 1.5 hours. Then skin and cut into small pieces. If you want it easier, buy a grilled chicken.
  2. Then the fork spagetti is cooked firm to the bite.
  3. Drain the mandarins and pineapple in a kitchen sieve - but then collect the juice of the pineapple and keep it for the salad dressing.
  4. Then the noodles are mixed together with the chicken, the pineapple and the tangerines.
  5. For the sauce, the egg yolk is now crushed with a mortar and then mixed well with the oil. Then stir the sour cream underneath and the ketchup. Season well with the spices and mix with the salad.
  6. The salad tastes best when it has been pulled through for a while. Good Appetite.
