Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into fine strips and finely chop the garlic. Mix the wheat and chickpea flour, add the egg, chili powder and baking soda and mix with water to form a creamy dough. Then add the onions and garlic to the batter.
  2. Heat the oil or fat (about 2 cm high) in a shallow pan. Pour in the batter in portions with a tablespoon and press into flat buffers.
  3. Bake golden on both sides and drain on kitchen paper. Serve hot.
