Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets, wash and drain. Dice the onions and finely chop the garlic. Peel the ginger root and cut into fine cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in the casserole, briefly toast the mustard seeds. Add the onions and ginger and fry until translucent. Then add the garlic, the pitted and finely chopped chilli pepper, the spices and the cauliflower to the saucepan and season with salt. Cook in a closed pot for 15 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  3. Before serving, drizzle the vegetables with lemon juice and sprinkle with coriander (if there is no coriander, you can also use parsley). Rice is perfect as a side dish.
