Instructions

  1. First fry the turkey pieces in the wok on all sides so that they are through. Remove from the wok and set aside, covered.
  2. Thaw the spinach and cut into small pieces. Halve the onion and then cut into slices. Finely chop the garlic. Finely chop the ginger as well.
  3. Heat the oil in the wok, add the onion half rings and brown them nicely. Then cook the ginger and garlic briefly. Add the chilli, cumin, turmeric and coriander and continue toasting briefly. Add the spinach in portions and season with salt. Let the dish simmer for 10-15 minutes. Finally, add the cream and just before serving, add the meat again.
  4. Tip: Tastes very tasty even without meat and with Swiss chard instead of spinach.
