Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Massage the soy sauce into the minced meat and let it rest. Salt and pepper the minced meat and work in the soy sauce.
Peel the peppers and carrots and cut both into small ones
Cut into cubes. Cut the leek into rings.
Fry the minced meat and season with soy sauce and pepper if necessary. When almost all of the liquid has evaporated from the meat, add it to the rice and fold in well.
Briefly toast the leek in margarine and fold in as well. Fold in the vegetables and warm / roast everything again (it should not be cooked - and nice and crisp
stay) and fold in.
The dish can be varied with other vegetables. Divided into portions, it is ideal for freezing.
