Instructions
Boil the rice. Beat the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy. Add the quark, rice and the grated lemon zest. Peel the apples, cut them into cubes and drizzle with the lemon juice. Fold in and put everything in a greased baking dish.
Bake at 160 ° C (preheated) for about 1.5 hours.
