Season the minced meat and shape it into rolls, wrap a slice of raw ham around each and place in a buttered casserole dish. Mix the cream, sour cream and gypsy sauce, the sauce is very thick, dilute with a little milk.
Then pour the whole thing over the rolls.
In the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 1 hour. Cover the first 45 minutes, otherwise everything will be too dark. There is also pasta or rice.
