  1. Mix the yogurt and cream in a bowl until the yogurt has dissolved. The mixture is slightly creamy. Then stir in the lemon juice and stir in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar individually. Finally, season the dressing with the herbs, salt and pepper. If you want, then add the garlic pressed through a garlic press or cut into small pieces.
  2. Let the dressing rest for 15 minutes before pouring it over the salad.
  3. The dressing can be kept for up to 3 days in a closed container in the refrigerator.
