• Crab sticks – 1 pack (200 g)
• Croutons – 40 g
• Canned corn – 200 g
• Peking cabbage – 200-300 g
• Hard cheese – 200 g
• Mayonnaise (lean) – to taste
• Garlic – 1-2 cloves
• Salt to taste
• Ground black pepper – to taste

Instructions

1. Open a pack of white bread croutons.
2. Cut the crab sticks into pieces or cubes.
3. Dice the hard cheese.
4. Cut the Chinese cabbage into slices or strips.
5. Peel and chop the garlic with a knife.
6. Open a jar of canned corn. Drain the liquid.
7. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Salt. Spice up. Season the salad with croutons to taste with mayonnaise.

   

8. Stir the salad. Crab salad with instant crackers is ready.
