Instructions

1. Mix the sugar with the whiskey in a heat-proof glass. Fill the hot, strong coffee to just below the brim.
2. Whip the cream just until it becomes thick. Pour the cream over an upside-down teaspoon.
3. TIP: I whip the cream with a little vanilla sugar.
