Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients together well and then distribute 2/3 in a greased springform pan on the base & on the edge (approx. 2 cm high).
  2. Mix all ingredients for the filling & place in the springform pan on the base. Then pluck the remaining dough onto the filling.
  3. Bake at 160 ° C for approx. 65 minutes.
  4. Let cool down well! Even in the fridge!
