Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, mix with the eggs, cream, sherry, flour, sugar and the spices and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Bake about 6 pancakes in butter, keep warm.
  3. Served is only slightly sugared, possibly with whipped cream and served with the cream sherry that was used to prepare it.
