Finely chop the shallot. Then whisk with the oil, vinegar and sour cream in a salad bowl with a fork. Season with salt and sugar and let steep for a few minutes.
Only fold in the cleaned and washed lamb`s lettuce shortly before serving, otherwise it will disintegrate too quickly!
