Instructions

  1. Cut the garlic, onions and the fresh tomatoes into as small pieces as possible. Lightly fry the onions and garlic in a little olive oil. When lightly browned, add the minced meat, season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and fry for about 10 minutes.
  2. Then add the fresh tomatoes. Now pour the can of chopped tomatoes over it and stir well. Now season with oregano, rosemary, thyme, meat stock and a little paprika powder.
  3. To make the sauce fruity, mix a little tomato paste with water and add it. If the sauce is too firm, add a dash of water and season it if necessary.
